I have been coaching individuals and classes for several years now. I take pride in providing a safe and unique experience for each of my clients based on their goals. Starting an exercise journey can be intimidating and it takes a lot of vulnerability to share your WHY behind everything with a complete stranger. That is why I create a safe space to start this journey together.

Flexibility Training

Movement is what your body needs! More flexibility means more range of motion. Increased range of motion will help you move better and lift stronger at your body’s full potential.

Trust me… it’s not my favorite either. Cardiovascular training is important for strengthening the heart. Lower your blood pressure, increase your endurance, keep up with your kids, keep up with your peers, and live longer!

Strength training is vital to overall health. Not only can strength and resistance training build muscles, it also strengthens the joints surrounding your muscles alleviating joint pain AND promotes better bone density!
